Digital Operations - Specialist

To support Shell’s ambition around cost reduction (Competitive, affordable cost), DigiOps analysts are vital to how we operate automated solutions effectively and efficiently to support Finance processes. This role will manage the operational responsibilities in RPA Control room and Power Automate Desktop, ensure all solutions are run on time as per agreed schedule and reported.

This is a good opportunity for people who would like to learn multiple finance process activities and develop network across processes.

Working with process teams across geographies in virtual environment.

Understand the technology operated from digital operations.

What is the Role?

As Digital Operations Analyst you will be responsible for running and monitoring bots in test and production environment.

More specifically, your role will include

• Running production bots on time and reporting the result
• Support UAT of RPA scripts
• Manage exceptions during the run
• Monitor and report PAD automations
• Provide input to KPIs
• Support key Senior Specialists in key activities
• What We Need from You?
• 1 – 2 years of experience in BPO Operations with,

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Technology

• Good communication
• Basic understanding of IT applications
• Willing to work in shifts

Behavioural Competences

• Individual should be proactive.
• Willing to learn to handle multiple priorities
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clarity
• Experience of working in a virtual team will be an added advantage
