As a SAP IBP - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical skills, and enhancing your awareness of strengths.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to deliver on client expectations. Responsibilities

Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
Leading the integration and utilization of SAP applications to optimize supply chain processes
Providing training and support to clients for seamless software adoption and operational efficiency
Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
Developing and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain management and operational strategies
Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders when necessary
Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost management within client engagements

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain optimization
Excelling in project budgeting and resource management
Developing skills in demand forecasting and planning operations
Embracing change and fostering innovation in supply chain processes
Mentoring team members to enhance their professional growth
