As a SAP - EWM/WM Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to address complex business challenges, leveraging your skills in SAP Supply Chain and Operations. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that provides premium, cost-effective services, supporting process quality and delivery capability for client engagements. This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, helping them navigate their supply chain needs and implement effective solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your problem-solving skills to analyze complex concepts and deliver quality work. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to grow your personal brand and technical skills, while embracing increased ambiguity and using it as a chance to develop professionally. Responsibilities

Analyzing complex supply chain challenges and developing strategic solutions using SAP Supply Chain Management tools
Managing and optimizing warehouse operations through effective use of Warehouse Management Systems
Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost management
Implementing procurement strategies and systems to streamline processes and improve resource allocation
Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to forecast demand and plan operations effectively
Leading project delivery and resource management to validate timely execution of supply chain projects
Designing warehouse layouts to improve inventory management and lead time reduction
Supporting client engagements by providing high-quality services that enhance process quality and delivery capability
Collaborating with teams to drive process improvement and operational excellence across supply chain functions
Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to address supply chain challenges and opportunities

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
Managing inventory with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Implementing procurement strategies for operational excellence
Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
Leading project delivery and resource management
