As a Risk & Reg - KYC QC Analyst - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by analyzing complex regulatory risk compliance issues within our Financial Crimes Unit - AML & Sanctions Managed Services. You will leverage your skills to deliver insightful solutions that help clients navigate the intricate landscape of regulatory requirements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, using your skills to analyze complex concepts and anticipate client needs, while maintaining professional and technical standards.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Risk & Regulatory network, working within our Conduct and Compliance competency. Responsibilities
- Conducting Know Your Customer (KYC) quality control analysis to support compliance with regulatory standards
- Implementing compliance frameworks and programs to mitigate financial crime risks
- Performing risk analysis and monitoring to identify potential compliance issues
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform compliance strategies
- Collaborating with teams to enhance compliance reporting and governance practices
- Maintaining regulatory compliance program standards and conducting audits
- Supporting the implementation of anti-money laundering and sanctions compliance measures
- Engaging in transaction monitoring and trading surveillance to prevent financial crimes
- Applying cybersecurity risk management techniques to protect sensitive data
- Facilitating compliance training sessions to promote awareness and adherence to regulations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
