As an Accounts Payable - Associate 2, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on providing financial advice and strategic guidance to clients, helping them optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, adapting to a fast-paced environment, and contributing to projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will build meaningful connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable processes confirming compliance and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
  • Analyze financial data to support project objectives
  • Contribute to the development of financial reports and documentation
  • Engage in learning opportunities to enhance analytical skills
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of process improvements
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance role
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Proficiency in accounting software
  • Excelling in accounts payable processes and practices
  • Managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with ERP systems preferred
  • Analyzing data with an analytical mindset
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
