Why this is an exciting opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team on a fixed-term parental leave contract through to November 2027. Partnering with leaders across the business, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles, deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences, and help drive quality hiring outcomes.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a varied, high-volume recruitment portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the business. You'll develop proactive sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, champion inclusive hiring practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen our recruitment function.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, clarify hiring priorities and deliver quality recruitment outcomes.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, direct sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate management and offers.
  • Develop targeted sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms, direct sourcing and agency partnerships.
  • Facilitate weekly recruitment check-ins, providing clear updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress and offer approvals.
  • Lead employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including employee story campaigns, recruitment marketing content, careers collateral, Canva template creation and social media content that strengthens HUB24's employer brand.
  • Provide trusted advice and coaching to hiring managers on inclusive selection, effective interviewing and candidate engagement.
  • Deliver a warm, consistent and professional experience for candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Prepare offer documentation and ensure recruitment activity follows internal approval and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with People & Culture colleagues to support onboarding and help set new starters up for success.
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices and contribute to building diverse talent pools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and continuously improve the recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Experience & Skills

  • Strong experience in talent acquisition, partnering with business leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies that support organisational growth and workforce objectives.
  • Demonstrated success managing a diverse portfolio of recruitment activity while balancing business outcomes, stakeholder expectations and candidate experience.
  • Ability to use market insights and talent trends to inform role design and hiring strategies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to advise leaders at all levels.
  • Strong coaching, negotiation, presentation and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Workday or a similar ATS is highly regarded.
  • A practical understanding of inclusive hiring and a genuine commitment to fair and equitable recruitment practices.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach.
