Why this is an exciting opportunity

Join our Gold Coast team as a Superannuation Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract and build your career within a growing financial services organisation. You'll develop your industry knowledge, gain hands-on experience across a range of superannuation processes, and make a meaningful impact by helping deliver an outstanding member experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member account information across superannuation administration systems.
  • Process member transactions, benefit payments, rollovers and pension payroll activities in line with service and compliance standards.
  • Manage daily banking, contribution allocations and reconciliation activities.
  • Respond to member, adviser and stakeholder enquiries professionally, delivering a high standard of customer service.
  • Support member onboarding, account maintenance and insurance administration processes.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the wider team during peak periods.
  • What you bring

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience within superannuation administration, wealth management or financial services operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.

Desirable Experience

  • RG146 qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of superannuation, pensions, insurance or member administration processes.
  • Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
  • Exposure to contribution processing, benefit payments, reconciliations or member services.
