Pay Range
$59,800.00-$82,300.00 Annual
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
The Accounts Receivable Technician will be responsible for processing, verifying, analyzing and reporting accounts receivable transactions.
This position works on a hybrid schedule, Monday and Fridays are work from home days and Tuesday-Thursday are in office days.
Your Day-to-Day
- Process cash, ensure proper discounts taken, deductions are correct and coded properly, file, research imbalances and other accounts receivable issues
- Ensure internal controls and policies are adhered to
- Ensure transaction entry verification procedures are followed
- Answer incoming telephone calls, bank NSF
- Complete intercompany clearings requested by accounting department
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team
- High School/Technical School diploma or a minimum of 3 years accounts receivable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid organization skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
- Ability to multi-task
- Solid research and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Minimal travel required (0 - 10 days per year)
- Work environment is typical of an office setting
