Position Summary

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for analyzing Implementation and Integration requests to support the implementation and Operations departments as new clients and products are onboarded/integrated into EnableComp Systems. Diagnose and report product related issues to support our operations staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Collaboratively with Implementation team and Operations on implementing new clients into EnableComp Systems (Enforcer/ETL/Supplemental Files, etc.).
  • Provide support to Operations staff on product related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and/or resolve product issues.
  • Maintain department SLAs on ticket response time.
  • Perform research and analysis within various vendor portals on claim submission behavior
  • Assist with testing on Product team enhancements and deployments
  • Support Account management staff with client research.
  • Monitors on-going changes for data improvements.
  • Use of independent judgement and discretion as it relates to responsibilities detailed above.
  • Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Familiar with claims and IT systems.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

  • Must have strong computer proficiency and understand how to use basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Regular and predictable attendance.

  • Proven experience writing business requirements and/or creating business rule specifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects with competing priorities successfully.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing initiatives, small projects among business operations and IT staff.
  • Highly organized and possesses excellent communication skills.
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access office equipment, etc.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment such as a copy/scan/print machine, phone, and computer.
