Responsibilities and assignments

Auxiliar na condução de estudos sensoriais de produtos alimentícios, home care/ personal care e saneantes;
Recrutar e agendar voluntários;
Receber amostras (conferência de itens como; lote, validade, quantidade,etc);
Preparar, organizar e preencher as documentações do estudo, incluindo solicitações
referentes à abertura de documentações;
Auxiliar no controle do estoque físico;
Organizar sala de teste e/ou laboratório para sessão do estudo;
Preparar questionários de avaliação no software fizz;
Preparar sessões de avaliação no software fizz;
Executar as atividades definidas para teste conforme pop específico sob coordenação;
Preparar amostras referencias;
Lavar vidrarias e materiais utilizados nos laboratórios, limpar bancadas, cabines sensoriais
e retirar o lixo;
Preparar delineamento e codificação para os estudos;
Coleta e conferência de dados;
Organizar a tabulação de dados;
Medição de fichas;
Elaborar relatórios de treinamento e calibração/validação de avaliadores (Português e Inglês);
Acompanhar, orientar e verificar o auxiliar técnico nas atividades desenvolvidas pelo mesmo.
Coletar assinatura dos voluntários/avaliadores nos documentos apropriados;
Contribuir na manutenção do sistema da garantia da qualidade;
Auxiliar na organização de documentos administrativos, sempre que convocado;
Participar da elaboração e alteração de documentos do sistema de gestão da qualidade sempre que convocado.
Requirements and qualifications
Técnico em Alimentos, Nutrição, cosmetologia ou áreas correlatas.
Conhecimento em pacote office;

Proatividade;

Boa comunicação.
