Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk steaming, and brewing methods
- Familiarity with coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and drip brewers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
