We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly personable Treatment Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with patients, educating them about treatment options, and helping them confidently move forward with their care.

This role is ideal for someone with a warm, charismatic personality who excels at building trust, overcoming objections, and presenting treatment plans in a way that helps patients understand the value of their oral health. Strong communication skills, confidence, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences are essential.

  • $28 - $38 per hour plus monthly bonuses plus benefits

Office Hours

  • Mon - Thu 9:00 - 5:00
  • Fri 9:00 - 3:00
  • Sat 8:00 - 2:00
  • 40 hours per week; 1-2 Saturdays per month and when you work a Saturday you will have another day off during the week.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator in a private practice.
  • Fluent in English required; conversational to fluent Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience explaining complex treatment plans to patients clearly and empathetically.
  • Experience presenting payment options to patients and arranging patient financing.
  • Experience with a dental EMR system.
  • Experience with insurance verification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
  • Team player with experience coordinating with dentists, hygienists, and front-desk staff.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
