Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)

Performance Bonus

  • Monthly productivity bonus: $500–$2,000

Additional Incentives

  • Up to $50,000 sign-on and/or relocation package for qualified candidates

What You'll Do

  • Evaluate patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
  • Deliver skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and functional training
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Maintain compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Current Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based orthopedic care

Preferred

  • Outpatient orthopedic experience
  • Experience with manual therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship
