Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)
Performance Incentives
- Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500–$2,000
Additional Incentive
- Up to $50,000 Sign-On and/or Relocation Bonus for qualified candidates

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Promote patient safety, injury prevention, and long-term functional independence
- Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
Required
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care
Preferred
- Outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience
- Manual therapy experience
- New graduates are encouraged to apply

Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico)
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
