Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 annually (based on experience)

Performance Incentives

  • Monthly RVU-based bonus averaging $500–$2,000

Additional Incentive

  • Up to $50,000 Sign-On and/or Relocation Bonus for qualified candidates

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
  • Deliver skilled interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular reeducation, and therapeutic modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to optimize functional outcomes
  • Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR)
  • Promote patient safety, injury prevention, and long-term functional independence
  • Maintain compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before start date
  • Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based care

Preferred

  • Outpatient orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation experience
  • Manual therapy experience
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
