Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Molecular Biology Specialist to support a project focused on improving how advanced AI systems understand and reason about life science topics.

You will review scientific data, experimental protocols, and AI-generated content, while developing clear explanations, realistic scenarios, and expert feedback. The role requires strong knowledge of molecular biology methods, experimental design, and scientific interpretation . Previous AI experience is not required.

CONTRACT: Contractor

COMMITMENT: Hourly/Part-time

LOCATION: Remote

  • PROCESS: Application Form -> AI Interview -> Selection
  • HOURLY RATE: $50 - $80/h

Responsibilities

  • Review molecular biology data, protocols, and scientific literature.
  • Evaluate AI-generated content for scientific accuracy and clarity.
  • Create explanations, annotations, and reference materials.
  • Develop realistic questions, scenarios, and datasets.
  • Identify factual errors, inconsistencies, and unsupported conclusions.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve AI response quality.
  • Apply current molecular biology methods and research standards.
  • Contribute insights on emerging techniques and applications.

Requirements

  • PhD, MS, or equivalent Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related life science field
  • Experience in molecular biology research, experimental design, or data interpretation.
  • Strong knowledge of techniques such as PCR, sequencing, CRISPR, or protein analysis.
  • Experience writing, reviewing, or evaluating scientific content.
  • Ability to provide clear, accurate, and evidence-based written feedback.
