• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services through a remote telehealth model. In this role, you will support clients through structured clinical sessions, help identify treatment goals, and provide practical support for mental health and emotional concerns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients
• Complete intake interviews and clinical assessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide counseling for common mental health concerns
• Track client progress and make treatment updates
• Maintain timely session notes and clinical records
• Follow telehealth privacy and security requirements
• Use professional judgment when addressing risk concerns

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker license
• Clinical experience providing therapy to adults, families, or varied client populations
• Strong understanding of assessment, treatment planning, and documentation
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
• Ability to work independently while staying clinically organized
• Excellent communication and professional judgment
