As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the front-line representative for our company, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate and up-to-date product/service information to customers.
Offer effective solutions and alternatives to customer issues and concerns.
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude while handling customer interactions.
Document and escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate teams for further resolution.
Ensure customer data privacy and security by adhering to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.

A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
1-2 years of experience in a customer care or support role is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
