About The Role
The Finance Business Partner for the plant serves as a strategic partner to Plant Leadership, providing financial insights and analysis to drive operational performance, cost efficiency, and long-term profitability. This role combines financial planning, cost management, and business partnership to support key operational and investment decisions.

This role plays a critical part in connecting Finance with plant operations, helping leaders understand financial drivers, identify cost optimization opportunities, and deliver business and operational targets. The Finance Business Partner will influence decisions that directly impact the plant’s performance and profitability.
What You Will Do
- Lead the plant’s AOP, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyze production costs, material usage, labor efficiency, overhead, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Plant Leadership and Operations to drive cost optimization and savings initiatives.
- Provide financial analysis and business cases for capital investments and operational decisions.
- Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Controllership to ensure an effective month-end close and continuous process improvement.
- Develop and present financial insights and recommendations to plant and regional leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Strong experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, costing, and FP&A.
- Proven experience with AOP, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to partner with Plant Leadership and cross-functional Operations teams.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate financial data into actionable business decisions.
