Support project coordination activities, including monitoring progress, tracking action items, and following up with stakeholders.
Provide support through research, analysis, and preparation of presentations and management updates.
Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and ways of working.
Contribute to process improvement, digitalisation, and business transformation initiatives by leveraging AI, data, analytics, and automation tools.
Provide administrative and operational support for departmental activities, strategic initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
