About the Role
As Supervisor, E-Fulfillment, you will support retail operations by managing the day-to-day execution of merchandise processing through the Fulfillment Network.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors
- Develop and maintain accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
- Align with business partners to resolve issues and ensure efficient service
- Ensure dynamic staffing to meet company goals
- Effectively manage staff to meet productivity and cost goals
- Evaluate and track level of service and accuracy standards
- Leads direct reports to achieve unit goals by Kohl's policies and practices
- Increase associate engagement by developing and communicating a clear vision
- Maintain open communication, set clear objectives and remove barriers
- Develop an effective staff through coaching and performance feedback
What Skills You Have
Required
- Prior experience managing teams in a distribution warehouse environment
- Working knowledge of automated distribution and warehouse systems
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Flexibility in hours to support multi-shift operations
Preferred
- Lean Techniques or Process/Continuous Improvement Methodologies
- Ability to build and maintain connections with a team to drive results
- Experience interpreting and managing data
- 1-2 years of experience with Operations and Operational Support Systems (WMS, WCS, LMS, etc)
- 1-2 years automated MHE and SQL experience
- MBA or equivalent experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as a team for the achievement of customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under general supervision and use knowledge and experience to provide quality support to the user community

- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation.
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.

- Ability to learn and comply with all company policies, procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Ability to give direction and to receive, understand and proactively respond to direction from leadership and other company personnel
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively and appropriately with others.
- Ability to maintain composure and work in a fast paced environment while accomplishing multiple tasks within established timeframes
- Ability to satisfactorily complete company training programs
- Ability to use a personal computer for tasks such as communicating, preparing reports, etc.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and monitor activities across business units.
- Ability to complete or oversee the completion of assigned projects in a timely manner.
- Perform work in accordance with the Physical Requirements section.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two person lift.
- Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push and pull on a frequent basis.
- Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 9 hours).
- Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards.
Working Conditions
- Exposure to noise and moderate but varying temperatures
- Kohl’s uses Biometric equipment for various business purposes, which may include timekeeping, access, secure entry/exit, temperature/wellness screenings, or other business operations
