We are looking for a finance intern. Students majoring in finance are preferred, but those from other majors with strong communication skills and potential may also be considered and trained. Both men and women are welcome to apply, and candidates must be available to work at least 3 days per week. Applications are welcome from current undergraduate and graduate students. Job Responsibilities

• Organize and reconcile accounts payable invoices and vouchers
• Approve expense reimbursements in the SAP Concur system
• Verify the integrity of data flows from accounting, procurement, and expense reimbursement systems to the tax system
• Review the calculation logic of the standalone tax filing module
• Attend meetings with suppliers, summarize issues, and outline follow-up actions
• Compare tax filing results between offline and online automated filing methods
• Support discussions with the accounting team regarding the accounting treatment of tax-related matters.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance or a foreign language, with a solid understanding of financial management.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills, and a dedicated work ethic.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software; strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Basic proficiency in English and Japanese, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
5. Must be available to work at least 3 days per week.

Compensation

1. Bachelor’s degree: 120 yuan/day
2. Master’s degree: 150 yuan/day
3. Includes a work lunch, free shuttle bus, free parking, and is located along Metro Line 15
