About The Role

We at Coforge are hiring .NET Developer with the following skill set.

Essential Skills

  • Senior-level C#/.NET, experience building and refactoring complex backend domain logic (our world is leave/absence eligibility, entitlement, and calculation engines, so algorithmic and rules-heavy work)
  • Strong automated-testing discipline: unit, integration, and regression coverage
  • MongoDB / NoSQL data modeling
  • Comfortable owning a feature end to end and working independently

Highly Desirable Skills

  • AWS (KMS, SSM, Secrets Manager) and data-security work, e.g. field-level encryption at rest
  • Observability instrumentation (DataDog / StatsD, structured logging)
  • CI/CD and containerization: Docker / docker-compose, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
  • Test automation frameworks, Playwright / TypeScript
  • Some full-stack range (TypeScript, Razor) to move across the stack when needed
  • Insurance, HR/benefits, or leave-management domain experience
