Are you ready for a new job where your work impacts patients across the country? Accredo, Evernorth’s specialty pharmacy, is hiring Warehouse Associates to receive, stock, and assist with inventory at our pharmacy fulfillment site in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you’ll support our supply chain, transfer materials to the right locations, and help with proper stock rotation. Using handheld scanners and management systems, you’ll make sure our inventory is accurate and ready to reach the patients we serve.

What you’ll do

  • Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to make sure counts and quality are correct
  • Unload trucks and move inventory throughout the warehouse and pharmacy
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues when they occur
  • Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  • Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed
  • Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, dollies, box cutters, wire cutters, etc.
  • Use computers and PDA scanners to enter data and locate inventory

Requirements

  • Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to adjust to changing priorities in a busy warehouse environment and work a flexible schedule when needed
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the floor
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical motions for the whole shift, including bending, stopping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, and pulling
  • Able to read and distinguish small print
  • Experience with inventory tracking, warehouse operations, or the Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) is a plus
