Nesta função, você será responsável pela organização, triagem e digitalização de documentos, garantindo a integridade do acervo e a agilidade no atendimento às solicitações de clientes. O Que Você Fará Nesta função, você irá: Responsabilidade 1: Executar a gestão física e sistêmica de documentos, incluindo triagem, catalogação e arquivamento, para garantir entregas precisas e dentro dos prazos. Responsabilidade 2: Colaborar com as equipes de logística e atendimento ao cliente para localizar e disponibilizar informações de forma eficiente. Responsabilidade 3: Garantir a conformidade com os padrões organizacionais, políticas de segurança e regulamentações de proteção de dados. O Que Você Traz O candidato ideal terá: Conhecimento em sistemas de catalogação e ferramentas de digitalização de documentos. Capacidade em organização, atenção aos detalhes e gestão de tempo em ambientes de alto volume.
