About The Role
The Assistant Manager supports the design, delivery, and continuous enhancement of learning solutions that develop the capabilities of financial representatives and agency leaders across different career stages. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to execute onboarding programmes, continuous learning initiatives, and strategic capability-building projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving learning effectiveness through programme facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and innovative learning approaches, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations. This is an opportunity to contribute to the development of the agency force while growing expertise in learning and development within the financial services industry.
Position Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that support representative and leader development.
- Facilitate onboarding programmes and continuous learning initiatives across the agency force.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and agency leaders to implement strategic capability-building projects.
- Manage training administration activities to support programme execution and learner experience.
- Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve outcomes.
- Develop engaging training materials and learning experiences aligned to business objectives.
- Support the implementation of innovative learning solutions, including GenAI-enabled role play simulations.
- Coordinate project activities and stakeholder communications to ensure successful programme delivery.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of training, learning and development, education, or financial services experience.
- Experience within financial services, agency training, or representative development environments.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to design engaging learning experiences and training materials.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and digital learning tools.
- Completed CMFAS Modules 9, 9A, 8, 8A HI, and RES5.
Preferred Qualifications
- CFP and/or ChFC certification.
- Experience supporting digital learning solutions and learning innovation initiatives.
- Exposure to GenAI-enabled learning tools or simulation-based learning programmes.
