Presales – IBM Solutions (Hybrid Role)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Presales – IBM Solutions to provide technical expertise and solution consulting for IBM’s software and technology portfolio. This role will work closely with sales teams, business partners, and customers to understand business requirements, design suitable solutions, and support the sales process through technical presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and partners to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate IBM solutions.
Design and propose solutions across IBM’s portfolio, including AI, Automation, Integration, Data, Security, and Hybrid Cloud.
Conduct solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture, and Bill of Materials (BOM) where applicable.
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and provide technical consultation throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, Vendors, and Business Partners to develop customer solutions.
Stay up to date with IBM technologies, product roadmap, and industry trends.

Support partner enablement and technical training when required.

Experience & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, or Technical Sales.
Experience with IBM solutions or enterprise software technologies.
Experience in conducting solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and POCs.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, hybrid cloud, middleware, automation, or AI solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good command of English.
