For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com The Technical Customer Service role plays a crucial role in supporting back-office activities for the Technical Customer Service team. You'll be responsible for managing service requests, ensuring accurate customer invoicing, handling third-party purchase orders, and maintaining master data in SAP. Your primary goal will be to foster positive relationships with customers and sales representatives while ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Service Requests Management: Receive and process emergency service requests via email or service forms using Salesforce. Create notifications, release service orders in SAP, and handle outbound iDocs. Create and update equipment records in SAP and maintain customer master data. DMR Processing & Invoicing: Manage debit memo requests (DMRs) to enable accurate customer invoicing. Correct invoice errors as needed. Third-Party Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders and handle third-party invoicing and payments. General Administrative Activities: Update customer contract data and manage equipment master data in SAP. Onboard new technicians and third parties. Handle additional email requests and ensure data accuracy. Experience Ideally minimum 2 years of prior experience in a similar administrative role. Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal). Hands-on experience with administrative tasks and customer service. Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and / or Salesforce. Skills & Competencies IT Proficiency: Comfortable using MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce. Customer-Centric Mindset: Builds strong relationships and delivers solutions with the customer in mind. Communication & Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multilingual, team-oriented environment. Adaptability: Able to multi-task, prioritize, and handle rapid change effectively. Problem-Solving: Uses sound judgment to resolve issues within established procedures. Social Competence: Demonstrates a service-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Education University diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement).
