RBT Daytime, Sign on Bonus $500

• We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
• This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.
• To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
• Track progress and communicate with families
• Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:*

• Active RBT Certification
• Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
• High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Client 1 – Monday & Friday: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM | Tuesday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM | Wednesday: 12:00–5:00 PM | Thursday: 11:00 AM–3:30 PM (Lawrenceville, GA)
• Client 2 – Monday & Friday: 8:30a to 12p; 2p to 4:30p (Loganville, GA)
• Pay Scale: $20-$28
