About The Role
Join Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific and help power the delivery of high-quality clinical trial data through our Digital Physiology Solutions business. As a Data Acquisition Associate, you will play an important role in ensuring that clinical source data is accurately received, processed, tracked, and maintained throughout the study lifecycle. Working closely with cross-functional operational teams, you will support data processing activities, maintain study documentation, and contribute to the efficient delivery of clinical trial services that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.

What You'll Be Doing
- Receive, review, and process clinical source data in accordance with company procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support departmental workflows by entering and maintaining study data within operational systems and platforms.
- Review and confirm digital clinical data within applicable systems while ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Perform data quality checks, query resolution activities, and follow-up actions to support high-quality study deliverables.
- Monitor assigned work queues and ensure timely processing of study-related activities.
- Maintain departmental productivity and quality metrics in alignment with operational goals.
- Organize, maintain, and archive study documentation and source records in accordance with established procedures.
- Monitor centralized mailboxes and distribute correspondence to the appropriate operational teams and study personnel.
- Track and manage requests for source document retrieval and ensure accurate logging of document movement.
- Support project teams with special data entry, data review, and operational initiatives as needed.
- Participate in Project Assurance meetings and provide support for study tracking and documentation activities.
- Identify and report equipment, system, or process issues that may impact operational performance.
- Maintain compliance with required training, quality processes, and departmental procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts focused on operational efficiency, data quality, and service excellence.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing, data coordination, clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong proofreading and quality review capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately process, review, and maintain data and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong data entry and computer skills with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while managing assigned responsibilities independently.
- Experience within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical services, or other regulated industries is preferred.
