About The Role

As a Product Management Lead here at Honeywell, you will spearhead the strategic direction and execution of product initiatives, driving innovation and market success. You will play a critical role in aligning product development with customer needs and business goals, ensuring impactful solutions that enhance our competitive edge.

You will report directly to our senior leadership and you’ll work out of our Pittsford, NY or Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule .

In this role, you will impact the growth and evolution of Honeywell’s product portfolio by leading cross-functional teams, managing product lifecycles, and delivering value-driven offerings to the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Integration platform management including -
  • External: Cloud platform integrating to partner products
  • Internal: Cloud platform integrating to OnGuard & NetBox
  • Internal: Intrusion integrations
  • API build-out & monetization
  • Partner program testing and certification
  • Partner-by-partner integrations
  • BA integrations
  • Forge / RBM / Fire / BMS / HBS platforms
  • Marketplace management
  • HON ontology definition & scope
  • Billing platform (Zoura) roadmap and execution with IT team
  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive product development, launch, and lifecycle management.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Extensive experience in product management with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in market analysis, product lifecycle management, and strategic planning.
  • Proficiency with product management tools and methodologies relevant to the role.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver market-driven products.
  • Deep technical understanding of cloud APIs, integrations, ontologies

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The annual salary range for this position is $141,000 - $176,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive eligible. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
