What you’ll do

Program and Project Management

  • M anage the delivery and commercial performance of large-scale, complex operations transformation programs.
  • Manage engagement economics — budgets, margins, resourcing, and forecasting — with accountability for engagement profitability (e.g., margin growth targets).

Diagnostics, Insights & Advisory

  • Deliver complex diagnostics, process analysis, and insight generation.
  • Ensure deliverables reflect rigorous analysis and are positioned to influence executive and Board-level decision-making.

Operating Model & Strategy Leadership

  • Drive the design and implementation of enterprise-wide target operating models, ensuring alignment with client's broader corporate strategy.
  • Shape client strategy and transformation roadmaps, advising on sequencing, investment prioritization, and organizational readiness.

Executive Communication & Client Relationship Ownership

  • Drive the development of executive-ready deliverables, board papers, and presentations; and support presentations to senior client leadership.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships that generate repeat business and expand the firm's footprint within client organizations.

People Leadership & Practice Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop Managers and broader team members, fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture.
  • Own career development and progression planning for direct reports; provide structured feedback and sponsorship.
  • Contribute to practice-building activities — capability development, methodology/IP creation, recruiting, and team growth.
  • Role-model PwC Leadership Standards and actively coach others in applying them.

Stakeholder Management & Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across client and internal teams to embed data-driven decision-making and AI into strategic choices.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments, managing competing priorities and building consensus at the executive level.

Business Development & Growth

  • Support business development efforts — driving proposal development, shaping statements of work, and leading pitch presentations to prospective clients.
  • Support new business opportunities, including account expansion and cross-service line collaboration.

Change Management & Sustained Adoption

  • Set the strategic approach for change management and adoption across large, complex transformation programs.
  • Ensure robust stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and post-implementation support structures are embedded and sustained.
  • Champion organizational change readiness and long-term benefit realization with client leadership.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in management consulting, operations transformation, or process improvement, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements
  • Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process diagnostic engagements
  • Strong commercial acumen, including proposal writing, SOW development, and consulting engagement management
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic capability, with the ability to translate data into strategic insight.
  • Highly developed executive-level slide design and storytelling skills (PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets
  • Workshop facilitation experience across operational and executive audiences
  • Proficiency with relevant AI and productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, Copilot) to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain 100% compliance with firm policies, ethics, and risk protocols
  • Bonus if you have p ractical experience in the Energy, Utilities and Mining sector and/or hands-on experience with process mining tools ( Signavio , UiPath Process Gold, Apromore , or equivalent)
