About the role As a Senior Engineer, Test & Validation (Temporary – 1 Year), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products through rigorous testing and validation processes. This temporary assignment offers a unique opportunity to lead technical validation activities, support cross‑functional teams, and directly impact product excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Engineer, Test & Validation (Temporary), you’ll be responsible for: Leading functional testing and validation activities to ensure product compliance and performance. Executing and supporting Hi‑Pot Functional Testing, Circuit Testing, and In‑Circuit Test (ICT) processes. Operating and supporting ICT systems, including Teradyne and GenRad platforms. Developing, analyzing, and troubleshooting test code to identify failures and root causes. Interpreting electrical schematics to support diagnostics and effective problem resolution. Coordinating technical projects and supporting cross‑functional engineering teams. Applying structured troubleshooting and failure analysis methodologies to improve test robustness. Supporting test methodology improvements and validation best practices. Requirements We are looking for technically driven professionals who are analytical, collaborative, and capable of leading complex testing and validation activities. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. As a minimum you must have: University degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, testing, or validation environments. Strong hands‑on experience in functional testing, including: Hi‑Pot Functional Testing Circuit Testing In‑Circuit Test (ICT) systems (Teradyne, GenRad) Solid knowledge of ICT equipment, test methodologies, and validation processes. Experience in test code programming and analysis, including: Identification of code‑related failures during visual and functional testing. Use of Visual Studio for debugging and test analysis. Basic knowledge of C# and ability to interpret source code to identify failure modes, impacted files, and root causes. Proven experience in troubleshooting, failure analysis, and interpretation of test results. Ability to interpret electrical schematics for diagnostics and problem resolution. Understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts. Basic knowledge of management practices such as work scheduling, prioritization, coaching, and process execution. Ability to coordinate technical teams and manage projects effectively. Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have: Previous experience in structured engineering test and validation environments. Familiarity with quality, safety, and compliance standards. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
