Cybersecurity Project Manager (French Speaker)

About The Role
As a Cybersecurity Project Manager , you will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development, etc.) to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for overseeing initiatives from initial concept through to successful implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements from design through implementation.
- Lead project execution with end-to-end ownership, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor and report on project progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, defining and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to anticipate challenges, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across teams, promoting best practices and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity (engineering or related roles).
- 3+ years of experience in project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity domains (e.g., IAM, Network Security, etc.).
- Proven ability to work in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Nice to Have
- Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800 series).
- Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
Language Requirements
- English: C1 (advanced)
- French: C1 (advanced)

- Workplace type:  Hybrid (50% onsite, 50% remote).
