About The Role
- Developing professional who resolves complex issues, supports upgrades, conducts advanced 
- troubleshooting, and mentors junior staff while maintaining compliance and vendor coordination.
Competency Responsibilities and Expectations
Technical Expertise
- Provides second-level technical support for complex hardware,
- Performs advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implements permanent fixes.
- Assists in system upgrades, deployments, and configuration of enterprise applications.
Communication and Leadership
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and technical guidance.
- Takes ownership of escalated issues and coordinates resolution across teams.
 
Customer Service Mindset
- Delivers proactive support by anticipating user needs and preventing potential issues.
- Maintains strong relationships with end-users through responsive and empathetic service.
 
Critical Thinking
- Evaluates complex problems and designs innovative solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Prioritizes tasks based on business impact and resource availability.
 
Governance and Standards 
- Enforces compliance with IT security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conducts periodic reviews of system configurations and access controls.
- Ensures accurate documentation for audits and maintains integrity of IT records.

- Vendor and Financial Acumen
- Manages vendor relationships for service agreements, repairs, and procurement.
- Evaluates vendor performance and escalates concerns when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology Management , or a related field; or one to two years of relevant IT experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of network policies, network topology, LAN environments, and IP standards.
- Technical proficiency in corporate systems, applications, and business processes.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement through task and workflow automation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service-oriented, solution-focused, and innovative.
- Proficiency in software applications and technology tools.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
