Mid Accounts Payable Manager

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial processes.

Main Tasks

• Process and verify invoices for goods and services received
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Respond to vendor inquiries about payments and invoice status
• Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Support the month-end closing process by ensuring timely invoice processing
• Collaborate with colleagues in other departments to resolve payment issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, ideally in an Accounts Payable role
• Higher education (preferred majors: finance, accounting, economics)
• Very good knowledge of the English language – required
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Strong analytical skills and experience resolving complex problems
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience coordinating or supporting tasks within a team
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong commitment to deadlines
• Would be a plus : knowledge of one of the following systems: Oracle, Optima, or Symfonia (or similar ERP systems)
• Would be a plus:  Knowledge of German language.

• The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Group, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
