Communications Assistant

About The Role
The Communications Assistant will support the planning, preparation, and coordination of internal and external communications. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in written and verbal communication, and comfortable working with multiple priorities in a professional environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with different departments to help maintain clear, consistent, and professional communication while supporting administrative and operational initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of company communications and correspondence.
- Draft, review, and organize professional written materials.
- Support communication between departments, clients, and external contacts.
- Maintain organized communication records, documents, and related materials.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, presentations, and departmental activities.
- Help ensure information is accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support for communication-related projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate follow-ups and maintain clear records of ongoing requests and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to improve communication processes and workflow efficiency.
- Represent Skillbridge Academy with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Competitive Salary: $41,000 – $46,000 per year.
