Manager Corporate Sales - Residential

Key Responsibilities

• Drive residential corporate sales by achieving assigned revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of corporate clients, architects, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.
• Generate new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
• Lead the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client presentations to order booking and project handover.
• Coordinate closely with Design, Costing, Production, SCM, and Sites teams to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts while maintaining target gross margins.
• Review tender documents, manage bidding processes, and ensure timely submission of competitive proposals.
• Forecast sales, monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend sales strategies to maximize business performance.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and post-sales support.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team to build a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 6–8 years of progressive experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Project Sales, or Residential Solutions.
• Proven experience in managing key accounts, large-value projects, and customer relationships.
• Experience in furniture, interior solutions, construction, building materials, real estate, or related industries will be preferred.
