Family Description

Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

Subfamily Description

NW Design & Optimisation (NWD) comprises the planning and / or managing the planning of communications networks for customers. Covers consultation of customers on communication network performance. Contains optimisation and / or managing of the optimisation of customer networks. Covers the execution of end-to-end design-related activities (address surveys, site surveys, design and as-built) for deployment projects.

Develops HLD/LLD for medium-high complexity network requirements, capacity planning, network interface analysis, and provide overall engineering support.

Uses planning tools in Advanced Network Planning.

Consult and independently develops configuration file, capacity planning, network. interface analysis and design, and overall engineering support based on ongoing traffic trends.

Works in parameter planning, product dimensioning.

Prepares configuration for new network elements for live and testing.

Troubleshooting activities for live network problems or issues found during acceptance.

You have

• A degree in engineering or a technical field and at least 5 years of work experience
• Knowledge of Access Technologies (GPON, XGS, 25G)
• Knowledge of SDAN / NETCONF / YANG
• Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 IP protocols, QoS
• Knowledge of Automation using Python.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

It would be nice if you also had

• Familiarity with ring architectures (MPLS & ERPS), Routing Protocols.
• Familiarity with Nokia 7x50 routers and switches
• Familiarity with Agentic AI
• Network engineering and network design experience
