Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play an important role within the finance team by supporting CareAllies’ financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This individual will focus on core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis, while partnering closely with Accounting to support the month-end close and ensure financial data integrity. This role will support key organizational financial initiatives, including integration (short-term), long-range planning, and financial systems. This position will report to and work closely with the Manager of FP&A and will collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (VP of FP&A, Market Finance, functional leaders, etc). Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
5 + years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related financial role
Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficiency in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills
High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accurate , evidence-first work
Must be intellectually curious and highly analytical; willing to dive-in and learn within areas not previously exposed to
Data focused with ability to work with large datasets and financial models
Independent, proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to finance and non-finance stakeholders
Positive attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and grow within FP&A
Supports open, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement

Preferred Requirements

Experience supporting month-end close and working closely with Accounting teams
Experience owning consolidated company budget / forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners
Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or value-based care environments
Experience working in a small, fast-paced , or growing organization
Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or consolidation platforms
