Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will play an important role within the finance team by supporting CareAllies’ financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. This individual will focus on core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, monthly actuals reporting, and variance analysis, while partnering closely with Accounting to support the month-end close and ensure financial data integrity. This role will support key organizational financial initiatives, including integration (short-term), long-range planning, and financial systems. This position will report to and work closely with the Manager of FP&A and will collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization (VP of FP&A, Market Finance, functional leaders, etc). Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting , Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- 5 + years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related financial role
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS Excel skills
- High attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to accurate , evidence-first work
- Must be intellectually curious and highly analytical; willing to dive-in and learn within areas not previously exposed to
- Data focused with ability to work with large datasets and financial models
- Independent, proactive problem solver with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn, develop, and grow within FP&A
- Supports open, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and continuous improvement
Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting month-end close and working closely with Accounting teams
- Experience owning consolidated company budget / forecasting cycles and working cross-functionally with budget owners
- Exposure to healthcare, insurance, or value-based care environments
- Experience working in a small, fast-paced , or growing organization
- Familiarity with financial systems, reporting tools, or consolidation platforms

The salary offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Min to Max Range
- $82,700.00 - $149,600.00
- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
