What You'll Do (The Day-to-Day)
As an Executive Assistant in our Village, you aren't just managing calendars—you are the operational glue that keeps our Investor Relations team running smoothly.
- Executive Support & Calendar Wizardry: Manage and optimize complex calendars for senior executives, schedule travel, and ensure every day is set up for success.
- Master of Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll screen and prioritize requests, draft communications, and manage the Investor Relations inbox with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Earnings & Press Release Coordination: Play a key role in our financial milestones! You'll manage press release processes, including announcing the earnings release date, monitoring and updating the Investor Relations website, and coordinating the logistics for our quarterly earnings webcast.
- Event & Meeting Logistics: Organize internal and external meetings and events. You'll handle venue booking, catering, tech setup, and material prep so every meeting goes off without a hitch.
- Travel & Expense Management: Arrange seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, and process expense reports efficiently.
- Project Tracking: Support key projects and initiatives. Keep an eye on deadlines and deliverables, conduct research, and help facilitate quarterly credit agreement compliance.
- Office & Team Champion: Keep our digital and physical files organized, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and help onboard new team members to ensure they feel welcome from Day One.
Who You Are (What You Bring)
You are a proactive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for making things run efficiently.
- Experienced: You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Educated: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: You're a pro in the Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Detail-Obsessed: You have incredible organizational and time-management skills with a commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptable: You manage multiple priorities with ease, effortlessly pivoting as demands change.
- Professional & Discreet: You possess strong interpersonal skills and handle highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality.

The Wage Range for the role is $26.50 - $40.50 per hour.
