The Program Manager, SaaS Operations serves as the organizational execution engine responsible for translating strategy into measurable outcomes. This role leads cross-functional programs that improve scalability, operational efficiency, customer experience, revenue growth, and business performance across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Business Operations.

What You'll Be Doing

Strategic Program Leadership

Lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
Build and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Manage cross-functional dependencies, resources, risks, decisions, and stakeholder communications.
Establish governance frameworks that ensure successful program delivery.
Drive business transformation initiatives including system implementations, process redesign, automation, and organizational change.

Portfolio & PMO Management

Own the enterprise project and program portfolio management process. Develop intake, prioritization, and decision-making frameworks.
Facilitate executive portfolio reviews. Ensure appropriate resource allocation across strategic initiatives.
Monitor initiative health through standardized governance, status reporting, and executive dashboards.
Drive consistency in project methodologies across the organization.

Business Execution

Facilitate quarterly planning and strategic alignment sessions.
Monitor progress against key results. Identify execution risks and performance gaps.
Enable accountability through executive reporting and stakeholder reviews. Create visibility into strategic initiative progress.

SaaS Operations Transformation

Lead operational excellence programs across the customer lifecycle.
Partner with RevOps, Sales, Product, and Customer Success leaders on strategic improvements.
Establish repeatable operating models that support rapid growth.
Resolve cross-functional conflicts through structured governance.

Process Improvement & Automation

Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Map and redesign end-to-end business processes, utilizing AI first workflows.
Reduce operational friction and eliminate non-value-added activities.

Executive Business Reviews

Develop executive presentations and decision-making materials.
Facilitate leadership alignment on priorities and actions.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
8+ years of Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, PMO, or Transformation leadership experience.
5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated success implementing enterprise-scale operational initiatives.
Experience managing executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and operational metrics (ARR MRR Strong understanding of SaaS business models and operational metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, CAC, etc.)
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional)

Experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting.
PMI Certified (PMP or PgMP)
Experience leading enterprise technology implementations. Experience managing global programs

Work Arrangement: Hybrid: This position is part of a hybrid work arrangement requiring employee to be in office 3 days in the office with the option to work remotely two days.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$69,350.00 - $110,958.33 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
