
Brokerage Service Manager

About The Role
- Communicating with TBC Capital clients, providing timely responses to all inquiries received via the hotline and email, offering technical assistance, and providing clients with comprehensive information about TBC Capital’s services;
- Identifying and analyzing TBC Capital clients’ needs regarding brokerage products and services;
- Offering products and services to TBC Capital clients based on their identified needs and providing relevant consultations;
- Maintaining and regularly updating a register of frequently asked questions related to TBC Capital’s services;
- Listening to and documenting customer complaints and assigning the appropriate category to each issue;
- Preparing periodic performance reports for the manager;
- Identifying issues within brokerage services and escalating them to the relevant team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field;
- 1+ year of experience in brokerage services, financial operations, or a similar role;
- Knowledge of brokerage products and financial instruments;
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
