KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain IBM Sterling OMS & Call Center solutions.
• -
• Develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices .
• -
• Design and integrate REST APIs for enterprise applications.
• -
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes .
• -
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .
• -
• Develop and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and DB2 .
• -
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform code reviews, and support production deployments.
• -
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable OMS solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering , or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Java/backend development, with hands-on IBM Sterling OMS experience.
• -
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies .
• -
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.
• -
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
