The Sales Apprentice plays an important role in supporting Hilton's commercial success by assisting the Sales Team with daily operations, client engagement, lead tracking, and sales initiatives. This position focuses on supporting business development activities, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing commercial materials, and contributing to the achievement of revenue goals. Additionally, the apprentice may provide support for marketing activities and promotional campaigns as needed.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team.
  • Assist with client communication, follow-up activities, and sales inquiries.
  • Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and business opportunity trackers.
  • Assist in coordinating client site inspections, meetings, and commercial events.
  • Monitor and follow up on leads and business opportunities to support revenue generation.
  • Prepare reports and assist in tracking sales performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful execution of commercial activities.
  • Support customer relationship management initiatives and contribute to guest satisfaction.
  • Provide assistance with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand initiatives when required.

  • Currently enrolled in a Technical, Technologist, or Professional program in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, International Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Eligible to complete an apprenticeship or internship agreement according to local regulations.
  • Strong interest in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
