About The Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive administrator to join our Operational team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping processes organised, accurate and running smoothly.

You'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of Social Housing projects, working closely with operational teams and ensuring key documentation and compliance records are maintained to a high standard.

Connolly is an established Social Housing refurbishment contractor working with housing associations and local authorities across the North West, West Yorkshire and North Wales.

The Role

As part of the Operational team, you'll provide administrative support across a range of projects and business functions, helping to ensure accurate record-keeping, effective document control and smooth project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing general administrative support to operational teams
  • Preparing, printing, scanning and managing project documentation
  • Maintaining accurate document control systems and records
  • Preparing and uploading handover packs to client portals
  • Updating project trackers and SharePoint systems
  • Managing document naming and filing protocols
  • Monitoring supplier compliance information and records
  • Supporting multiple teams across the business to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Handling confidential information professionally and securely

What We're Looking For

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
  • Professional approach and strong work ethic
  • Experience within construction, social housing or compliance administration would be advantageous
