Our client, a leading beauty and wellness company is looking for a HR Manager.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the organization.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that align with company goals.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
Conduct background checks and reference verifications to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring progress and challenges.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes.
Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions to expand the talent pool.
Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR policies.
Experience in the beauty or wellness industry
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.
