  • Ability to convert insights into measurable actions and results.

Execution & Channel Management

  • Experience working across digital, physical, or hybrid channels.
  • Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and drive execution through influence rather than authority.
  • Strong operational and project management skills.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Proven ability to work effectively across Product, Technology, Marketing, Analytics, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Skilled at aligning stakeholders around shared growth objectives.

Risk & Commercial Awareness

  • Ability to balance ambitious growth targets with risk, governance, and cost efficiency requirements.

  • Comfort with high‑volume, transactional businesses where scale, activation, and retention matter more than once‑off sales.
  • Understanding of unit economics (Cost of Acquisition)
  • Clear thinking around growth loops (activation → usage → repeat usage → advocacy).

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing one of South Africa's leading digital Wallet solutions and delivering meaningful customer and business impact at scale.
