About The Role

Verify that the material supplied by the warehouse is properly processed.
Manage and supervise human resources throughout the entire shift.
Monitor production progress and the flow of Jobs and Kanban.
Report any irregularities in the processes.
Ensure the execution of the production schedule released by Production Control.
Coordinate with the involved departments to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with the area's KPIs.
Promote and drive compliance with 5S+1 standards within the department.
Intermediate English
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation skills

Knowledge

Required: Knowledge of machining processes for iron and aluminum cast parts, use of measuring equipment, blueprint reading and interpretation, knowledge of cutting tools, lathes, milling machines, and conventional machining equipment

Preferred: Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Machining area.
