About The Role

SalesCaptain is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Intern with a passion for event planning, coordination, and execution . This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience managing high-impact events while supporting a fast-growing international team.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events , including webinars, workshops, community meetups, and internal company activities.
Assist with event logistics .
Prepare and organize event materials (presentations, agendas, promotional content).
Work with the marketing team to promote events across social media, email, and partner channels.
Help manage post-event processes : attendee feedback collection, reporting, and follow-up communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and HR to ensure smooth event delivery.
Conduct research on event trends, tools, and competitor activities.
Strong interest in marketing and event management .
Excellent communication in Enlgish, organization, and multitasking skills.
Creative problem-solver who can work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Eventbrite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus (not required).
Prior experience with event organizing (ex. Student conferences) will be a strong plus.
Hands-on experience managing real events from start to finish.
Training and mentorship from international marketing professionals.
Experience working in a dynamic tech environment.
Exposure to brand communication, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
