Job Summary

• 岗位职责
• 负责SMT、PCBA生产相关工装夹具的设计与开发，包括但不限于：

• SMT PCB回流焊治具（Carrier）
• PCBA分板夹具
• 功能测试夹具（Functional Test Fixture）
• ICT/FCT测试工装
• 测量检具及定位工装
• 自动化辅助工装

根据生产、测试和质量要求，完成工装方案设计、3D建模、工程图输出及技术文件编制。 主导工装夹具DFM（可制造性设计）评审，优化结构设计，提高工装可靠性及使用寿命。 深入参与材料选型与制造工艺评估：

• 铝合金、不锈钢、工具钢等金属材料应用
• 热处理工艺
• 表面处理工艺（阳极氧化、电镀、喷砂等）
• CNC加工工艺优化

• 与供应商、CNC加工厂及内部生产团队协作，跟进工装加工、装配、验证及改进过程。 对现有工装进行持续优化，提高生产效率、测试稳定性和产品质量。 提供机械设计技术支持及问题分析解决方案。
• 任职要求
• 教育背景
• 本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造等相关专业。 工作经验
• 5年以上机械设计经验； 具有电子制造行业工装夹具设计经验优先； 具有SMT、PCBA行业经验者优先。 专业技能
• 机械设计能力
• 熟练掌握机械结构设计原理； 具有丰富的工装夹具设计经验； 熟悉公差分析、GD&T及机械制图标准； 能独立完成项目方案设计到量产导入全过程。 材料与工艺能力（重点要求）
• 熟悉常用金属材料特性及选型原则； 熟悉机械加工制造工艺，包括：

• CNC铣削
• CNC车削
• 磨削加工
• EDM放电加工
• 线切割

• 了解热处理及表面处理工艺； 具备材料失效分析及工艺优化经验； 具备与加工供应商进行技术交流和工艺评审能力。 软件能力
• 熟练使用以下一种或多种设计软件：

• SolidWorks
• Creo（Pro/E）
• Inventor
• AutoCAD

• 具备3D建模及工程图纸输出能力。 语言能力
• 具备良好的英文读写能力； 能阅读英文技术资料、图纸及规范要求； 能进行基本英文技术沟通。
• 加分项
• 熟悉回流焊工艺流程； 熟悉自动化设备夹具设计； 具备DFMEA经验； 熟悉MES、PLM系统； 有EMS行业工作经验。
